How we approach each wedding
Each wedding is a unique event, and I tailor my approach specifically to your special day. To ensure I capture your style, tastes, personality, and vision, it’s crucial for me to get to know you. Upon receiving your enquiry, we’ll first check our availability. If we’re available, we’ll then ask you for an overview of the designs you’re envisioning and your budget. We’ll follow this with a FaceTime or Zoom call to discuss the details further. After you confirm your booking, we’ll arrange a site visit as the wedding date approaches.
The Consultation
We’ll review ideas from our portfolio, focusing on blooms that are in season for your wedding month and suitable colour palettes. I’ll document everything discussed during our consultation and provide a detailed breakdown of costs and services, clarifying exactly what is included in the quote.
Before the Wedding
We’ll have a follow-up consultation to finalise the designs, paying close attention to every detail. You’ll provide the delivery details and the schedule for the day, and we’ll coordinate with the venue to ensure everything goes smoothly.
On the Wedding Day
We’ll deliver the bridal party flowers early in the morning, followed by the flowers for the church or venue. We’ll discuss your plans beforehand to tailor the delivery to your needs. We have a temperature-controlled vehicle available if needed to keep the flowers fresh, especially on hot summer days.
